The Patliputra greenfield satellite township special area covers about 81,730 acres: 273 revenue villages in 9 blocks, plus Naubatpur Nagar Panchayat and six wards of Punpun Nagar Panchayat (Notification 4655, 24 April 2026). The core area (about 3,008 acres, 19 villages of Punpun) will be developed first. Sale and purchase are open since 1 August 2026 (Notification 8024), but development and construction are barred till 30 March 2027. Objections to the Draft Development Plan 2047 closed on 15 October 2026; the final plan comes after they are considered.
Take the mauza and thana number from the jamabandi and search our full village list. Several names repeat inside a block.
The 19 core-area village names are not in the written documents, only on the plan map. Confirm with the circle office (Punpun) or PMAA.
Khatiyan, jamabandi, rent receipt and dakhil-kharij updated in your name are what count for land pooling or compensation.
In July 2026 the department wrote to the District Magistrate asking for construction in the township area to be stopped. Work started now can be stopped.
