Buying and selling is open again since 1 August 2026 (Notification 8024), but development and construction stay barred till 30 March 2027.
The 19 core-area villages are not named in the written notification — only on the plan map. Before buying, confirm with the Punpun circle office or PMAA whether your mauza is in the core area.
